During my comprehensive training at CELTA and in my previous role as a teacher at the Royal Mencap Society, I consistently demonstrated the ability to cultivate a supportive, student-centered atmosphere that fosters both language development and cultural understanding.

Tutoring Experience

I have over 25 years of experience teaching music, and for more than 10 years, I have taught English and Maths at Entry Level and Level 1 to young adults and children with learning disabilities. During my CELTA training, I received rigorous instruction that provided me with the pedagogical skills necessary to create dynamic and engaging lessons. I successfully applied innovative teaching methods and adapted lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of my students. This training not only refined my ability to foster an inclusive learning environment but also deepened my commitment to personalized instruction.

Additionally, my strong communication skills and proficiency in both English and Italian were instrumental in building positive relationships with my students. These language skills enabled me to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where students felt comfortable expressing themselves.
