I have a masters degree in Geography from Delhi School of Economics( Delhi University) . I then trained to be a teacher embarking on the B.Ed. course from Delhi University. For the past 8 years I have tutored various age groups for maths and English. I have taught students of varying capabilities and needs, those who went on to get admission in grammar school or independent school and those who were just brushing up their concepts with me with regular maths classes. There were others who were at the other end of spectrum , who needed more effort and greater help to be able to grasp the concepts of maths. Patience is the key and interactive teaching is the method is use.

Tutoring Experience

I have been working in education sector since last 20 years. I have worked as Geography teacher in a highly reputed secondary school in India , then moved on to working as a Cover Supervisor in an outstanding academy in London, worked voluntarily as a Governor in outstanding primary school for four years . I then started invigilating GCSE and A-Level exams and have been doing it for the past 10 years and for the past 8 years I have been working as maths and English tutor. I tutor English for primary school kids and maths for all ages upto year8. For higher ages upto GCSE, I teach foundation levels.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to teaching is very clear and simple: I believe in interactive teaching with student centric approach. Patience is the key in my style of teaching .The child should feel comfortable in the process of learning .
