I have always been interested in business and sport for as long as I can remember. I am a patient teacher and always looking to help people out to the best of my ability, whether that be in my day to day life or in a tutoring capacity. I have a deep understanding of the areas I can tutor and can adapt my teaching style to ensure that everyone's needs are catered to. I go to the gym regularly and also run and play football in my spare time.

Tutoring Experience

I spent 4 years working in a gym alongside working as an accountant, which I still currently do. Both of these roles have helped me to develop my understanding of the subjects I tutor.
As a gym instructor I always had to be able to communicate effectively to clients, accurately demonstrate and explain both physical exercises and the theory behind it. Being in that environment helped to understand people's different learning styles, which helped me to adapt so I could help people in a way that worked best for them.
As an accountant, I am always explaining to clients different technical areas within business, in a way in which they understand. This accompanied with my knowledge from 5 years of working in practice, and gaining my qualifications, has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of different aspects of business, and the best way to explain it.

Tutoring Approach

I have a very adaptable approach to teaching. I will always try to get a gauge for the level my students are at, and then build from there. If someone is struggling to understand from one method, I am happy to try different ways until it finally clicks. My main aim is to make sure that someone walks away, happy that they fully understand what I have been teaching them, as that is how I like to be taught.
