Lucy is brilliant! She creates tailored, well-structured, fun lessons for her students.

I am an adult learner who hasn't learnt Spanish before. Lucy has been great in getting me up to speed with the basics (in a short amount of time).

Her lessons involve engaging activities, including games. Her attitude towards teaching is supportive, encouraging, and fun!

I would absolutely recommend her as a tutor.

Steve, you have done extremely well! Having never studied Spanish before, you are now talking quite freely after only 3 lessons and much study on your part. I feel very proud of you.

Luz is amazing! I progressed so much over these past couple of weeks with her lessons. She orientates the lessons to my needs and interests, and her process of tutoring is so creative. I would highly recommend Luz to everybody!

Edit: I've now finished my lessons with Luz, as I was only with her for a short period due to university. I think if you're looking for a short course for Spanish, especially over summer, Luz is perfect! Our lessons together have set me up amazingly for self study and carrying on Spanish at university.

Spencer has shown himself to be a very engaged student who has made the most of the opportunities the lessons have presented and has put in a lot of independent work to make great progress. Well done!

I searched thoroughly for a tutor as I was quite specific about the type of Spanish I was wanting to learn (Castellano not SA Spanish.) I contacted Luz Maria as I was impressed by her qualifications and the fact that she was a linguistic teacher. I have now had 2 lessons and have thoroughly enjoyed them. Luz has tailored my lessons to my current level of learning (I already have some knowledge of the language) which is really great as I need to improve my listening and speaking skills. Luz is really friendly and patient and explains things clearly. She is also very encouraging and I look forward to the next lesson.

You learn so fast that you are certainly keeping me on my toes preparing your individualised lessons to immerse you deeper into the hispanic culture you enjoy so much.
