I achieved six Grade 9s, three Grade 8s, and an A* at GCSE, followed by three A*s in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at A-Level. I also hold a 2:1 BMedSci degree from the University of Nottingham, where I’m now in my fourth year of Medical School.
This academic journey has given me a strong foundation not only in science and maths but also in exam technique, time management, and effective study strategies—skills I now love passing on to my students.
Over 5 years I’ve helped over 25 students reach their target grades. But what stands out most is how student's attitude toward learning transforms over time. With consistency, positivity, and the right guidance, I’ve seen students go from doubtful and disengaged to confident and curious. This shift in mindset doesn’t just improve grades—it empowers students to approach challenges with resilience and achieve more in life, both academically and beyond.
Each session begins by reviewing any issues or questions from the homework I set previously. From there, we focus on the goals we've set together, whether that means tackling tricky topics or working through challenging exam questions.
I tailor every lesson to the exam specification, ensuring we prioritise the most important and high-yield topics. My aim is simple: to help you achieve the highest grade in the shortest possible time—without wasting energy on things you don’t need.
And if you're finding school or learning in general tough, I'm always happy to chat and support you however I can. You're not just a student—you’re a person, and I’m here to help with both.
