Hello! My name is Charlotte, I’m a passionate and friendly tutor with a strong background in science education. I hold a degree in Biomedical Science, and I completed my PGDE in Secondary Teaching with a specialism in Biology, training in both Dundee and Edinburgh.

Tutoring Experience

I have a year’s experience teaching in a Scottish high school, where I worked with pupils across S1–S4. I’ve taught BGE Science, National 4 and National 5 Biology, as well as Environmental Science. I understand the curriculum thoroughly and know how to support learners at various stages in their academic journey

Tutoring Approach

As a parent to an 8-year-old, I understand how important it is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. I believe in making science fun, relatable, and accessible for all learners. I’m also an animal lover with a few pets at home – so I’m no stranger to curiosity and energy!

I’m available for tutoring sessions at the weekend, ideally on Saturday mornings or after 5pm, and any time on Sundays.
