I am a primary school teacher, currently teaching Year 3 and have been teaching for 15 years. I am a mum of two and now teach part time. I am passionate about teaching and love helping children learn in a hands on and fun way, finding what works best for them. I love teaching maths, reading, writing and history ( I am history lead at my school).

I have been teaching for 15 years, going part time once I had my own children who are now 10 and 7.

Tutoring Approach

I believe in making learning fun and hands on. Breaking learning down and giving children the time to really master the skills they need. Modelling, practicing and utilizing what they have learnt to build their confidence with their own ability. I offer scaffolding to support areas they may find difficult to encourage independence as much as possible to build resilience and self belief.
