Liz provided exceptionally good teaching for my daughter, with excellent planning of coverage of the topics and tailoring to individual needs in preparation for GCSE exams. Liz frequently gave a good feedback to us parents and always praised my daughter for her good work and achievements, making her proud and boosting confidence. My daughter is not saying anymore "I am not good in maths… ", but instead now got used to getting very good marks in school tests and expects that she will get at least grade 7 for her maths GCSE. Liz was always very punctual and also flexible, which made it easy for us as parents to fit lessons into our family routine.Thank you so much for the lovely feedback. Liz gave my daughter 1 to 1 virtual lessons for her GCSE maths over approx 3 months. During lockdown my daughter disengaged from maths online learning and was missing some of the basic essential knowledge required for her GCSE. Her confidence was poor and despite being in the top set she was really struggling. Her tutor sessions with Liz really helped both in her understanding and confidence in maths. Liz identified my daughter's gaps in knowledge and adapted her tuition to my daughter's needs. She was flexible with appointment times and was always punctual and friendly putting my daughter at ease. In all 3 GCSE maths papers, my daughter was able to identify several questions that she would not have been able to answer without Liz's input. I'm really hoping she will still be tutoring in 2 years time when my younger daughter will be doing her GCSEs.Many thanks for your lovely feedback. Liz has been an excellent tutor for my daughter taking her GCSE’s this year. We contacted Liz in March to ask for some maths tutoring and she did her best to fit us in even though she was already very busy. We gave her a list of things she was struggling with and each week looked at something different with her. She was always prepared and had an excellent understanding of what was required for the exams. She’s helped boost my daughter’s confidence with maths and made it less challenging. We have used First Tutors a number of times over the past few years with fair results received, however we have found Liz’s teaching method absolutely 1st class. My daughter has struggled in Maths for quite some time even with private schooling, and will shortly be sitting her GCSEs yet Liz has instilled an inner confidence in my daughter which we never knew existed.
I would highly recommend Liz’s on line tutoring classes.
