I am maths graduate with a first class honours from the university of Glasgow. I am very passionate about maths and physics and it brings me great joy to share that passion with other people through tutoring.

Tutoring Experience

I tutored people at my university who were resitting exams for three years.
I completed a research internship under a professor at my university, this involved a lot of communication and teaching with one of my peers.

Tutoring Approach

Give a student various explanations and exercises to find their weaknesses and learning style. Prioritise improving these weak areas and giving the student confidence in areas they are struggling with. If I find a student is lacking understanding in an area, I will try explaining the concepts in that area in different ways to improve their understanding and I will give them easy exercises. If a student seems to have good understanding but is still getting poor results, I will give them more exercises and gradually increase the difficulty of the exercises to give them more confidence.
