My passion is demonstrating to students that anybody can achieve regardless of who they are, and this has been my ethos in teaching for the past 10 years. I love the job of teaching and tutoring allows me to take this passion further on an individualised basis.

Tutoring Experience

I have been teaching Maths for 10 years and held various roles during my career including Head of Maths, Head of Key Stage 5 Maths, and Associate Assistant Headteacher of a secondary school. I have worked in three secondary schools in England and Northern Ireland.

Tutoring Approach

I have an enthusiastic, energetic approach to teaching Maths and hope this in turn inspires students to succeed. I have taught from the ages of 11 to 18, as well as students with a range of prior attainments, targets and confidence levels. I have taught Edexcel, AQA and CCEA.
