I graduated from one of the top universities in India - BITS, Pilani.

Most students either start a professional career in multinational companies or pursue higher education in the US after studying at BITS. I was fortunate to start my career working as a design engineer at American and Japanese firms. After spending the initial few years in a corporate, I decided to follow my passion for teaching, and Maths was my natural choice due to my Engineering background.

So, here I am, following my passion for the last 15 years teaching the subject I love the most and working with students to achieve the best possible results.

Tutoring Experience

Each student is unique and so are my sessions. Maths is a subject where we need to teach the concepts, followed by practice. Students typically start with me in Year 8 or Year 9 and continue working with me till GCSE or A-levels.

With any new pupil, I start by assessing their current level and identifying the areas where they are struggling. The team as I call it starts from this point, where I work on their weaknesses and strengthen their strong areas. A relevant and interesting activity is given as homework, which is crucial to progress.

Most of my students attend some of the very academic schools in North London - NLCS, Habs, Henrietta Barnett, and QE Boys. While working with me, my students feel more confident about their abilities and set themselves a very high standard.

Together, we have achieved some excellent results with GCSE students scoring straight 8 and 9 grades, and A-level students receiving offers from a range of impressive institutions including Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, UCL and other Russell Group universities.
