Hey!

My name's Kufre, I'm currently a medical student at King's College London. I chose to study medicine because of my passion for helping others, teaching and learning. When I mentored GCSE physics students during my A levels I found it to be extremely rewarding and fulfilling seeing them make progress; I felt that a career in medicine would be perfect for me as it involves teaching, helping others and lifelong learning, all of which I thoroughly enjoy.

Tutoring Experience

With three years of experience teaching A-level and GCSE maths, biology, chemistry, and physics, I bring a wealth of knowledge, skills, and expertise to the table. My teaching style is engaging and interactive, and I strive to make complex concepts accessible and easy to understand for all of my students. I have a proven track record of helping students achieve their academic goals, with many of my students going on to excel in their exams and pursue further studies in science and math-related fields. My passion for teaching, combined with my in-depth subject knowledge and dedication to student success, make me an ideal candidate for any student looking to excel in their studies. With my guidance and support, I am confident that any student can achieve their academic goals and unlock their full potential.

Tutoring Approach

I structure my lessons by first identifying areas that a student is weak in. This could be via a small quiz or simply by them compiling a list of topics they struggle on. I then teach the topic, giving the student plenty of opportunities to ask questions when they are unsure. Then they will be given assignments to complete in order to consolidate and assess their knowledge. An exam will also be conducted following completion of a group of topics.
