Kirk's Feedback

Kirk is an excellent A level tutor to my son, who has progressed beyond expectations. Kirk is very knowledgeable, organised, structured and encouraging. I have appreciated the feedback message after every session with the topics covered and progress made. I highly recommend him as a physics A level tutor.

I have rated full 5* for Kirk for his knowledge, tutoring method and sincerity. When my son needed A Level Physics tutoring, fortunately we found Kirk’s availability. My son who really needed knowledgeable Physics tutor who can identify his potential and help him in his progress, Kirk did that great job by not only starting tutoring quickly but also he made my son comfortable and confident quickly. Kirk has been tutoring him since last few months and we can see that he has made huge difference in my son’s Physics knowledge and confidence. I am writing this feedback when my son’s A Level exams are going on and I am really not worried about his results as I know he will achieve his best. Kirk provides feedback as well as responds quickly whenever we have any questions. Overall I would definitely recommend Kirk for tutoring.

Really impressed with Kirk as a tutor - he’s efficient, professional and organised which is great for me as a parent when finding a tutor and setting up a tutor session. My son enjoys the tutor sessions, finding Kirk easy to get along with and is gaining a deeper understanding of the subject matter covered each week . He is doing a virtual tutor session currently which works really well too.

I would recommend Kirk as a physics tutor. My son likes Kirk and has improved substantially since Kirk started both in his confidence and ability.

What a breathe of fresh air for my son. he seemed to click with Kirk almost immediately and also loves his teaching techniques. Although it is only days, I feel quite confident in the fact that Kirk will get my son to where he needs to be.

He is very concise in explainations and provides a relaxed atmosphere for the child to learn in.

Finding a Physics teacher is no easy task not to mention a GOOD one - especially one who adjusts his teaching style when required. The aim of getting a tutor was to act as a booster to help towards the forthcoming GCSE's. And I dont regret a minute of this decision.

My daughter says Kirk is really good- If she says so- thats ALL the reference you need!!!!

She has come a long way in just a few weeks of tutoring - even I have learnt a few things along the way:-) I cant wait to see how vast her knowledge will be in a few months time.

Kirk Is an excellent tutor with a natural ability for teaching .He has a good sense of humour,is very flexible , and brings the subject to life for my son who had lost some of his confidence in physics prior to booking with him.I would recommend him as a tutor who is straightforward and honest in his feedback and as someone who clearly enjoys his subject. He sees it's relevance so brings that to the work which then translates to a wider understanding for the person studying the subject.He also has a keen ability to perceive how each individual child learns and understands so tailors that in lessons and is reassuring and positive during the lessons.

Kirk is extremely thorough, concise and diligent. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he will go out of his way to ensure that you understand the subject matter fully. He has changed appointments with us when asked, at short notice. Would highly recommend him to others.

My daughter has just had her fourth session with Kirk and she is growing with confidence week by week.

My daughter has just started year 10 and is quite competent at Maths however there are gaps in her learning. Kirk has identified these, her confidence has grown in the subject and she should achieve a good GCSE result.
Kirk's communication is excellent, with immediate contact after my initial request. He gives verbal and text feedback after each session.
Kirk has a professional and pleasant manner, but more importantly my daughter is at ease with him and is enjoying the sessions.

Great tutor, quick fire knowledge, encourages, supports and challenges, my son feels he is progressing even with a few sessions.

Kirk has been tutoring my son (Matt) for GCSE Maths and Physics for around eight weeks now. Matt is really enjoying the sessions and Kirk certainly engages well with him and is concentrating on key syllabus points in preparation for exams next year. All in all, we are really pleased that we chose Kirk, he is an excellent tutor and we hope this will be evident is Matt's final grades.

We are now a few months in to my sons maths tuition and all is going great. He is currently in a Year 11 and studying for GCSE's in May, Kirk is definitely making a difference to his progress and we are hoping for a great result next year. Highly recommended!

The tutoring I received for Unit 4 Physics A Level was really helpful. It helped me grasp the main concepts and gain confidence with completing the exams, all in a relatively short time. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kirk as a tutor, he really is good. I just wish I had started with the tutoring sooner.

my year 11 daughter was completely panicked over exams and a bit nervous about being tutored, kirk kindly settled her in and she came away alot more posative and happy, simply put in her own words fantastic!
