Teacher since 2010 - and still teaching (I love it)! Both in the UK and NZ. I love travelling to historic places of Religious Education. Completed my degrees at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Masters in Education focused on adolescent development & Psychology. My post graduate studies took me to Antarctica to study paleo climate and Weddell seals. Each of my students has steadily increased their grades, by finding their unique learning path.
My aim is to make learning fun and help people become more confident in their subjects. I am an individual who is committed to making education a lasting experience rather than a lecture to be endured. My experiences have taught me that each student has the potential to grow and change.
Secondary teacher since 2010 - still practicing (both in UK & NZ)
Always start out with a Q&A session to develop a learning pathway. Each lesson from then onwards is specifically tailored to the individual needs. Feedback is collected at the end of each session - to make sure that you are satisfied with the quality of service.
Consider the benefits of having a tutor:
• Become confident in your abilities
• Extra resources provided for exam prep
• Access to continuous support and advice
