Maths Tuition in Holland Park

I am a dedicated and hardworking individual with a strong academic record. I achieved all A and A* grades in my GCSEs and all A* grades in A Level, including Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. After school, I initially went to Imperial College London, where I studied Chemistry for a year, before transferring to Durham University to pursue Mathematics instead. Thus far at Durham, I have achieved a first in all modules. I now hope to bring this dedication and knowledge to my tutees, helping them reach their academic goals.

Tutoring Experience

Having been profoundly influenced by the remarkable educators who guided me through my academic journey, I am passionate about sharing the knowledge and skills I've gained. Their dedication and innovative teaching methods have inspired me to offer my own tutoring services. Although my experience in tutoring is limited, I bring a unique and enthusiastic approach to helping students succeed, fuelled by a deep passion for education instilled by my own remarkable teachers.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to tutoring focuses on active learning and practice. Each week, I set homework that typically involves past exam questions to provide practical experience with the types of problems you'll encounter. Such assignments will be marked before the subsequent session and I will provide detailed feedback to help you understand your mistakes and improve your skills.

I believe that the best way to learn maths is by doing and looking at many examples. By working through problems and seeing various applications of concepts, you'll build a solid foundation and gain the confidence needed to tackle any challenge.
