I am personable, enthusiastic, creative and reliable. I graduated from university with a first class degree in English in 2020, completing modules in Shakespeare, Poetry and Creative Writing, which are my specialties.

Tutoring Experience

I am a fully qualified teach in my fourth year of teaching both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 English. I achieved a post-graduate in Education (PGDE) this year and I have experience teaching students with additional needs such as ADHD and autism. I specialise in Shakespeare, particularly Macbeth, Othello and Romeo and Juliet.

I approach teaching holistically by learning about the student's individual interests and current knowledge. I aim to deliver content in a way that is both accessible and enjoyable by relating abstract ideas to concrete real world examples.
