I am a highly experienced and well-qualified EFL (General English, Business English, Academic English, Medical English) and IELTS teacher, offering my professional skills to both children and adult learners. I have teaching experience within the UK and abroad at public schools, colleges, universities and online platforms.

Tutoring Experience

Since 2003, I have gained a magnitude of experience within UK public schools as well as private schools and universities in the Middle East. I have helped many students prepare for university entrance in particular with preparation for the IELTS exams.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to tutoring is very learner-centered. Through observation and discussion with students, it becomes clear which style of learning will be most effective and enjoyable for them. I am flexible in my approach to learning styles and my aim is to be as creative, imaginative and stimulating as possible whilst ensuring the learning outcome is successfully achieved.
I enjoy sourcing and producing high quality differentiated resources to support each student's learning experience.
My students are also offered learning support by email outside the tuition session. My professional fee reflects my commitment to this additional support. All my students are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
