I am a medical doctor working in London having graduated from Imperial with a Merit in Clinical Sciences. I achieved a First Class in Neurosciences and Mental Health intercalated BSc from Imperial. Currently I'm studying for a Master's in Medical Education at Exeter university and I believe this tells how much I love teaching. I use science-based approaches in my teaching sessions to maximise knowledge acquisition and retention.
I have tutored and mentored students for nearly 6 years from A-Levels to undergraduate medical students, with many getting into Oxbridge and Imperial. I offer A-level tutoring in Biology and medical interview preparation. You can see some of my A-level tutorials on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RI3rnNrMIAE&list=PLuUW1R0l350vGJpLipH7kVwMVAYq-u6uQ&index=21
I use evidence-based teaching approaches making the students work out the answer themselves rather than being told about it. I focus on understanding the concept so that it can be applied to the questions making students become better critical thinkers
