Tutoring Experience

I currently work as a language assistant in a secondary school in Buckinghamshire. Therefore I already have experience with the different techniques used to help improving all the skills related with acquiring a new language. From grammar rules and spelling to translation and vocabulary. And of course as a native French speaker I also practice speaking and conversation about all sorts of topics.

Tutoring Approach

I studied applied french linguistics in order to teach french as a foreign language. It basically means that even though I'm familiar with british academic programs I can also train students to learn the french they need to know for a specific purpose.
In my opinion, tutoring just like teaching requires commitment, patience and empathy. It also implies to get to know the students to be able to adjust to their needs and follow their progress. This is exactly how I intend to work as a tutor
