I am a hard working, dedicated and professional teacher. I have been teaching for over 12 years and I am currently employed as a Principal Teacher in a secondary school in West Dumbartonshire.

Tutoring Experience

I have gained a wealth of knowledge over my 12 plus years of teaching having taught in 3 different local authorities. I have experience in teaching Scottish CfE and National courses. I mark for SQA and have a wealth of experience in prepping pupils for the exam and to perform to the best of their ability.

I also support students at college and university level having achieved a first class degree in Business and Management I have excellent knowledge and am well placed to help students achieve to their fullest potential. I can help students gain a deeper understanding of topics explored at seminars and offer support with referencing and structure of work.

Tutoring Approach

ensure each of my students receives an individual learning experience. During our first tutoring session I will prepare an individual learning plan which will identify gaps in the students knowledge and further sessions will be tailored accordingly.

I will cover exam technique, theory and practice papers to ensure each student reaches their potential.

I also offer group sessions for up to 4 pupils 1 hour slot starts from £15 per leaner.
