I am a qualified Modern Foreign Languages teacher (French and Spanish) and I also have a degree in French from the University of Sheffield. I am passionate about teaching as I believe it is one of the most rewarding professions. I fully embrace teaching French and Spanish whilst at the same time inspiring people and guiding them into becoming productive citizens.
I am passionate about teaching/tutoring languages as I believe it has limitless scope and it gives an insight into other cultures and lifestyles.
I have a caring and patient attitude when it comes to teaching. I always encourage my tutees or pupils to work hard in order to reap the benefits they deserve.

Tutoring Experience

I am Head of Spanish at Cumnor House School for Boys, a preparatory school based in South London. I teach from Early Years to KS3 Spanish across multiple school sites (Cumnor House Nurseries, Cumnor House school for Girls and Cumnor House school for Boys).
Prior to my role at Cumnor House School for Boys, I taught French and Spanish in an independent senior school in the leafy suburbs of Buckingham.
Furthermore, I have worked in two state secondary schools teaching French up to KS5 and Spanish up to KS3.

Tutoring Approach

With my recent teaching experience, I have the pedagogical skills to tailor my tutoring approach in order to cater to the learning needs of the tutee. I discuss with the tutees what their requirements are for their tuition and create personalised tutoring sessions in both written and oral French/Spanish. My teaching experience combined with my tutoring experience, gives me the knowledge and skills to provide tuition lessons which are focused on individual learning.
