7 years experience leading a successful Computer Science and Business department in Surrey. 2022 progress scores - Computer Science +1.12, Business +0.38. This means that students that I taught have achieved a whole grade better on average than expected in Computer Science and nearly half a grade better than expected in Business.

95% of CS students I taught achieved a grade 5 or above. 75% of Business students achieved a level 4 or above. OCR examiner for Computer Science and Edexcel examiner for Business giving me a vital insight into how the papers are marked and what students need to write to achieve great scores.
