Jakub

My name is Jakub, and I am currently a 3rd Year Student at the University of Reading, studying Business Management.

My goal is to help young students develop their skills and understanding of Business and Economics, as well as the necessary elements of Psychology, as the three go hand in hand in business much more than most people realise. Educating the youth is a key factor in shaping the future generation and how our society will develop over the coming years, so critical thinking skills that are imperative to have.

Tutoring Experience

I've previously tutored classmates throughout my A-Levels and University Studies, helping with understanding theory or writing essays, as well as understanding how to critically think about the problem at hand to develop a point that is being made.

My understanding of Business and Economics pairs well with my understanding of financial markets, which ultimately is the driving factor of decisions within organisations.

Tutoring Approach

Theory is difficult to understand, unless you can conceptualise it. There is no point in teaching theory unless we can apply it in a real life situation. For that reason, I use plenty of analogies and real life examples to show the implications of the theory that is being taught, as well as the critical thinking skills required to develop on ideas to understand how everything can have varying repercussions.
