I am a fun and interactive tutor, and I will get your kids (or you!) involved, motivated, and confident.
I have experience teaching for Edexcel, OCR and AQA in English, Maths, R.E, History and Philosophy and Ethics.
I have also worked on philosophy essays with university students, and I cherish this work especially.
I have also worked in tech writing educational resources and can teach coding in Python and Javascript.
Get in touch, I'd love to be of service!
I have been tutoring for 5 years, from infants to 18 year olds, and adult students, too. I have taught in two private tuition centres. For the past two years my private tutoring has been online, I'm entirely comfortable teaching online and can also assist those who find navigating Zoom/ Skype/ Google Meet confusing.
My tutoring style is patient and systematic. By systematic, I mean that I aim to give students a genuine understanding of the content, rather than an ability to repeat answers in an exam. This means that my tutoring sessions encourage as many questions as necessary, following my firm belief that there are no stupid questions.
