Hi there,
I am currently an 18 year old student going to university next year for Maths/Econ and have a passion for teaching and sport. I currently take maths, further maths, chemistry, and economics, for which I was predicted all A stars and sat my Russian last year in which I achieved an A star in. I can speak both English and Russian.

Tutoring Experience

I have tutored English, Maths, and Chemistry over the last 5 years to students ranging from Year 7 to Year 12, seeing student's confidence grow throughout our time and improve their grades.

Tutoring Approach

I strongly believe that the best way that a student can learn a subject and become confident in it is through really understanding the fundamental ideas behind solutions. After the first few lessons, once I get a good grasp of the level at which the student is at, the pace at which they learn and the type of approach that they work best with. Then taking this into account, formulating a structured plan for progress with frequent checks every couple lessons to see if the student needs any extra help in certain areas, or even in the other direction, if they have understood concepts quicker then to not waste time, we move on to more complex topics.
