I am a semi retired teacher, living in Tavistock. Happy to travel within a 40 mile radius of my home to tutor at your home (subject to a travel surcharge) or can tutor in my own home.

Tutoring Experience

I have worked as a teacher in an American University, a French lycee and two Englush prep schools. I have over 30 years of experience, with a first class track record of success.

Tutoring Approach

I strongly believe that building a relaxed and confident rapport of mutual respect and trust is vital to successful tutoring. I provide all relevant materials to aid learning. For me, a sound and thorough understanding of grammar is all-important as a foundation towards secure learning and proficiency.
