Hi I'm Helen. I have spent all my professional career working in mathematics education and I wouldn't have it any other way. I have taught mathematics in secondary schools, been the head of mathematics in an outstanding school and currently work in the education sector of a university supporting new teachers learn the art of teaching.
I have a secure and detailed understanding of all areas of mathematics. I have taught all levels and abilities of students. I have worked with teenagers and adults who need to overcome their anxieties of mathematics straight through to individuals looking to achieve the best possible grades.
Every student is different and will require a personalise program of study. The expectation will always be high in order to achieve the best possible grade. I am able to relate to anyone and everyone and have a calm approachable nature which can challenge every students.
