Hello & Welcome!
I’m Hannah, a qualified teacher and Music Therapist.
I offer one to one violin lessons for beginners to grade 5, or adult learners.
I’m an HCPC Music Therapist and work with children, young people, and families at Evelina Children’s Hospital. I also have a private practice.

Tutoring Experience

I have extensive teaching experience (10 years) in central London Secondary and Primary Schools.
I was Head of Music at a Primary School.
I led the school orchestras during my teaching career in addition to the choirs.
I have spent the past few years working as a Music Therapist with children in a paediatric setting with health conditions.
I worked in CAMHS in the NHS as a Therapist

Tutoring Approach

I draw upon my therapeutic skills as a Music Therapist and educator to deliver one to one violin lessons to children and young people in addition to adult learners. I adapt lessons to meet the needs of those that I teach with warmth and care.
I believe that music is accessible to all and there are no limitations to learning an instrument - it’s never too late!
I set goals with you and align lessons to meet the goals that you strive for, whether that be working towards exams, or playing for pleasure.
