I am an experienced tutor with a strong academic background and a passion for helping students build confidence and succeed. I specialise in English, Law, Politics, and entrance exam preparation (including the 11+ and Oxbridge tests). I am currently studying the Bar Practice Course to become a Criminal Barrister, having recently graduated with an MPhil in Politics and International Studies from the University of Cambridge, and holding a First Class Honours law degree, achieving the highest mark in my cohort. My work spans both education and research, including publishing reports, delivering presentations at national conferences, and designing learning programmes for students of all abilities.
I have many years of tutoring experience across a range of subjects, including English, Maths, Science, and Law, at both primary and secondary levels. I have successfully supported students preparing for grammar school entrance exams (11+), GCSEs, and academic writing. I have also led group sessions, written exam materials, and helped many students successfully reach their academic goals.
My approach is student-focussed and adaptable. I design personalised lesson plans, explain complex concepts clearly, and build students' confidence and critical thinking skills. I teach online, utilising digital tools and interactive media.
