Hi, I am currently a graduate mechanical/structural engineer. I recently studied an Integrated Master's in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Birmingham, and previously achieved A*A*A* at A-level (2019). I volunteered for a year at a local high school which first introduced me to tutoring physics, and now I have tutored Maths, Physics and Chemistry at both GCSE and A-Level for 4 years.
I hope my experiences from GCSEs and A-Levels will help others who may be facing similar difficulties. For example, I struggled to memorise information by rote and therefore I sought different methods to help me learn, this was especially useful in A-Level Chemistry.
I have tutored GCSE students for 6 years, and have tutored A-level students for 4 years. I have also provided voluntary A-level tuition at a local high school for a year.
I think working smarter, not harder is often a shortfall of many student while studying. I aim to teach students different methods to ensure their time studying is efficient and effective.
