Founder and CEO of MyMathsCloud - one of the most popular and extensive resource for Maths in the world with over 10 million users. First class Mathematics graduate (with honours) from University College London (UCL).
I am a full-time private tutor driven by a strong desire to share my knowledge with people, and the satisfaction attained by watching them improve and succeed academically.
I tutor all times of the day, seven days a week making me very adaptable to client schedules.
Apart from tutoring, I am a committed tennis player. I competed at national and international level as a junior.
6 years and over 10,000 hours tutoring experience.
I have extensive experience preparing students for Common Entrance, GCSE, iGCSE, International Olympiad Challenge, A-Level, AP, IB, SAT, ACT, Cambridge and Oxford university admissions tests (STEP and MAT), Maths section of BMAT & UKCAT, numerical section of GMAT and SHL numerical reasoning aptitude tests for finance and banking jobs and degree level.
The majority of my work is currently with first year degree level, A-Level, IB and AP students.
Forming a strong rapport with my students is a particular strength of mine, which I have developed through my diverse tutoring experience. This enables me to recognise the individual's optimal learning style and to utilise it by tailoring each of my lessons accordingly. Not only does this improve interest and engagement, but also allows me to explain challenging concepts in a manner that is simple and logical to the individual, thereby helping them understand and retain them.
Having achieved top grades myself, I am able to guide my students to achieve the same exam success. This combined with my strong academic credentials and commitment to ensuring student success makes me an ideal tutor for those aspiring to obtain high results and achievements. Although I enjoy teaching all those keen to learn, I provide especially valuable guidance for those who are aiming high in general - and aspiring for Oxbridge in particular.
