I am a former United Nations Economic Affairs consultant now focussed on making a difference through education. My specialist subjects are Maths and Economics, but my greatest strength is the ability to instil self-belief within my students from the first lesson. I hold a First in Economics from a Russell Group university and achieved straight A's and A*'s in my GCSEs and A Levels.

Tutoring Experience

I have tutored Maths and Economics casually since 2021, but I am now taking on more students. I have taught English as a second language as part of a cultural exchange in China, and have had the responsibility of training junior colleagues in my most recent professional role.

Tutoring Approach

Starting with the strong foundations of trust and empathy, a harmonious teaching environment can be generated where the student develops the skills, confidence, and creativity to excel. I believe it is important to make students feel reassured and safe, whilst also encouraging them to challenge and express themselves. My lessons are bespoke and cater to the unique needs of any student, but are always highly interactive and open.
