I am a dedicated educator with a very good sense of humour. My students enjoy the friendly and accessible way I teach the different topics. I have a PhD from the University of Sheffield and a Master from the University of Bradford. I am particularly interested in political ideas and the core executive.

Tutoring Experience

I have over 20 years teaching experience teaching Politics A-levels as well as undergraduate politics courses. I specialised in preparing students for the final exams. I have experience teaching both AQA and Edexcel specifications. I am part of the pool of examiners of Pearsons Edexcel and AQA for the Citizenship GCSE exam.

Tutoring Approach

I strongly believe in making the subject I am teaching relevant to the student and nothing is more relevant that politics which has a bearing in most aspects of our lives. I provide clear, step by step techniques for improvement and by taking into account the disruption for learning caused by the pandemic.
