Very nice teacher

Farhana is an excellent tutor, she was very relatable and an ideal tutor for my teenage daughter Sara, she helped coach her for her maths exams and has had a positive impact on her learning.

So friendly, knowledgeable and kind. My son said he is learning so much. I have every faith he’ll pass now!

She has understood where there are gaps in my daughter’s maths and helped her understand the basics to build on. Farhana has been working with my 10 year old for a month now and already progress has been made. Farhana has a very calm approach and she adapts to the personality of your child. My daughter has had a few tutors in the past but feels very comfortable with Farhana.

My son Jayden has been working with Farhana for 2 weeks now I can honestly say this has helped Jayden with his confidence with understanding maths. Jayden has ASD at times struggles to communicate with people and can be very shy, but with Farhana she has made it easy for Jayden to be comfortable and to enjoy learning maths and grading methods very well. My daughter does online lessons with Farhana biweekly as she was struggling to understand certain topics in her maths lessons at school and dropped down a set. My daughter reports Farhana explains things very well and goes through harder topics thoroughly sending homework in case she forgets what she has learnt the week before. She has a calming demeanour which makes my very shy daughter feel comfortable. Farhana makes maths less scary and my daughter feels she is understanding topics she is finding hard at school a lot better. Hopefully she will continue to build confidence in maths. Would highly recommend.

Farhana is an excellent tutor. She explains methods very clearly and always helps my daughter with topics asked. With the help of teaching my daughter has achieved a grade 9 in maths, as well as gaining confidence in the subject. I highly recommend her as a tutor.

Achieved much higher than what my teachers had initially predicted me at the start of the year thanks to the lessons, and successfully made it into the university of my choice.

I contacted Farhana for in-person maths classes for my daughter. We agreed for the in-person class. She thought we will visit her home but we were expecting her to visit our home. There was some confusion regarding this. She did offer to do the online classes instead but unfortunately we can't do this.

My daughter has gained a lot from having weekly maths tutoring with Farhana. She explains things very clearly and goes over things my daughter is stuck on. As a result my daughter understands things that she struggled with before and is much more confident about her maths. I would highly recommend Farhana.

Farhana has been helping my year 7 son for 2 months now and we are very happy with her. She is very efficient and has an excellent manner. I can see the improvement already and most importantly he finds her session enjoyable. Very glad we found her.

At initial catch up Farhana was professional and very clear on what her strengths were. She was also thankfully very flexible about the lesson dates & times, which is very helpful. The actual start happened a bit later trying to coordinate dates and holidays.

My daughter is finding the lessons very helpful. Farhana goes through the topic, there is question practice & she will go back over the errors to show what was wrong & how it should have been completed.

It’s the last parts that help to strengthen the understanding & knowledge.

Regardless of having spent years out of education, Farhana was able to find different ways of explaining things in ways which I understood, which have helped me greatly in understanding elements of A-level maths for a HNC in engineering I'm currently undertaking. A reasonable rate for outstanding tutorship, I would happily recommend to anyone looking to learn higher maths and A-level maths, and will be in contact for any future tutoring I need in maths.

Farhana is an excellent tutor as I was struggling with maths and getting 6’s but because of her help she helped me achieve a 9 for mocks I am really happy with the outcome she has brought me in becoming a better mathematician and helped a lot.

Super helpful and patient when stuck on a question. Overall really good at explaining each topic that was presented by mentioning all the necessities not just all content.

Frahana Could be very good with her teaching, but my daughter got difficulty understanding her without any online whiteboard. because she wrote all the calculations and head down on the paper it very difficult for students to follow and understand how to do it step by step. It is really not enough or even not work to just sent a paper she wrote after a lesson because it work nothing if students not understanding. It is down to student because she doesn’t understand after the lesson. I try to compromised by sent her message ask her seriously to solve this out She said she will do something, second week it still the same. Very sorry I really don’t want my daughter under pressure for extra lesson it should solve problems she have and improve and enjoy. My daughter really try to keep you but it is too late she would like me to looking for another tutor that could help her. Kind regards

Farhana extremely helped my daughter during her GCS he maths revision and learning she would explain everything fully and my daughter would come out of exams with better results and more confidence in the subject.

Farhana tutored my daughter for GCSE maths. She is an excellent tutor. She has multiple ways of explaining things which is rare and invaluable. With Farhana’s help my daughter got a 9 in her GCSE maths and is now doing A Level maths. Farhana is tutoring my daughter for A Level maths now too.

Farhana is an excellent teacher and has helped my daughter a lot. My daughter has improved significantly in maths and could not have done it without Farhana . She is very nice and easy to communicate with.

My daughter was very anxious about having a tutor, however after a few lessons my daughter was happy to be tutored by Farhana and is now very comfortable with her. Farhana was very good at picking up my daughter's weaknesses eg Timetables and has built this into the lesson. Farhana is flexible with timings and will happily accommodate where she can when scheduling lessons in - ideal for working parents who sometimes have to change commitments/hours. Farhana is encouraging and motivational while firm and professional. Our daughter is continually improving her ability to answer exam questions.We will be staying here for a long time!
