I am a Freelance lecturer but I worked as head IT school, I also worked as Edexcel, CIty and guilds and AQA Assessor, Verifier, Quality assurer. I have 20 years of teaching experience in range of education sectors such as Further education colleges, alternate education, Undergraduate and postgraduate students. alongside education, I have industrial experience in Telecommunication, web technologies and computer networks.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching approach to evaluate learner needs and find gaps that mostly caused problems in learning and support in these areas because when the learner does not understand clearly they can not produce good quality work and neither performed well in sitting exams or producing assignments ( Higher level).
I focus on the learning issues and Learner style of learning this always works for 1-2-1 learning. given them simple and real-life examples help them to understand topics or area they are struggling. I provide them with support material this helps them to understand topics more clearly.
I believe every learner has potential but due to lack of concentration, confidence and expressing their views help them to improve knowledge and support to fill skills gap such as ( analytical skills, mathematical skills ) help them improve result.
