I am an Imperial College London Physics MSci graduate, with a passion for science communication. I currently work as a data analyst, but my love for tutoring keeps me doing sessions on the side.

Tutoring Experience

I have spent the past six years tutoring students, with a 100% pass rate and an average grade improvement of 2 grades after 8 months of tuition. Two of these six years were spent working for a national tuition company before I moved to university and branched out to online tuition.

Tutoring Approach

I like to teach by asking probing questions rather than just giving students the answers. This method helps to solidify students knowledge, by forcing active recall to be a key part of tuition. I also like to structure my sessions such that the first 20 minutes are for exam questions or student found questions and the remaining 40 minutes are based on worksheets that I have created myself.
