I am a fully qualified primary teacher with 5 years of experience working in a Catholic school in Scotland. I have taught across all primary stages, including Primary 2, 4, 5, and 7, and have a strong understanding of the Curriculum for Excellence (CfE). I am passionate about helping children grow in confidence and develop a love for learning. I have previously tutored and take pride in creating a supportive, tailored approach to meet each child’s needs and help them achieve their goals.

Tutoring Experience

I am a fully qualified primary teacher with 5 years of experience across a range of age groups and educational settings. I have spent 2 years teaching Primary 2 classes, implementing play pedagogy, and another 2 years in Primary 4, supporting children as they prepared for their sacraments. My experience includes placements in P6/7 classes, mentoring student teachers, and contributing at both school and authority levels. I hold a Master’s degree with a focus on Social and Emotional Learning, which underpins my teaching approach. Having worked in both large and smaller schools, I am adaptable to different learning environments and committed to supporting each child’s development. I have also previously tutored, tailoring lessons to help children achieve their personal and academic goals.
