I started my career as a secondary school teacher before going into industry.
For a short while I also lectured pre-university physics.
In the last 6 years I’ve returned to tutoring and had a great time getting the best from students during either face-to-face oron-line sessions in maths and physics up to A level - all my students have achieved great results in their examinations.

Tutoring Approach

I have no set structure for the way I teach my students and prefer to adapt to their individual needs and learning styles.
However, each lesson normally follows a set structure of gauging the understanding of a topic prior to starting, pitching the lesson at the level that is comfortable and appropriate to the student, but always challenging them to progress and develop.
I am using more & more on-line teaching systems to reinforce the training and improve understanding.
