I am sorry you are disappointed with my tutoring services.
Car trouble meant that I had to rearrange two sessions, as the journey on public transport was also over an hour and I would have made it to you very late in the day by the time my car had been sorted. I'm really sorry about this and if there was anything I could have done, I would have.
The website gave me your distance away from me 'as the bird flies' so it wasn't until I accepted that I realised the reality of the journey (which took me over an hour, going through London). I did make it clear in all communication that the distance may prove difficult, but it wasn't until I'd made the journey that I realised quite how difficult it would be to come to you.
I had hoped that I would have been able to continue and did suggest meeting half way or you coming to me, but understand that this wasn't an option.
I hope that you find a tutor that is able to fulfil your tutoring needs and wish you all the best in your A Levels and subsequent university application!

Emma was a great help to my daughter as she prepared to take her A level. She came to us - that made life easier - and was very reliable. She got on well and was able to communicate with my daughter which really helped.
