I currently work at Vestas Isle of Wight. Here I work as the Training Partner ensuring that all external nd internal training is arranged and facilitated correctly.
I have direct contact with the Level 2, Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications we run in terms of Management and Customer Service. Ensuring that they are making the progress and have the resources available for their development.
I used to teach the courses in mention, but joined my current employer to develop and help with the overall expansion of the new employees within the training department.

Tutoring Experience

At HTP I was employed as a Training Consultant teaching Business Administration. Within my role I was responsible for facilitating qualifications at level 2, 3, 4 and 5 within the workplace through the means of an apprenticeship route. As well as this I also delivered Team Leading and management programmes, Retail and Customer Service to individuals who wish to develop within their role in the organisation they were operating in.
At Cowes Enterprise College I was a Learning Support Assistant. I was a one-to-one with an SEN student, meaning I shadowed him in all of his lessons. With this I also took the student out of certain lessons and privately taught him in subjects such as English and homework support. When the student I was responsible for was settled into the work I then acted as a Teaching Assistant helping the teacher and any students that needed extra support.

Tutoring Approach

I work well with 1-2-1 tuition, which my experience will show. I understand that all learners have differing approaches to their learning, but by working on an individual basis, I will learn which approach works best for the specific learner, and ensure they get the knowledge and support needed to progress.
