In just a few short weeks Elizabeth has resurrected my daughter’s enthusiasm for further maths. Bringing humour into her lessons - already seeing an improvement in her marked assessment grades
Woohoo!! Go M! *shakes pompoms*
But I forgot to say one of my my best jokes: that graphing in polar coordinates is a real bear! Sorry for the big pause.

Excellent maths teacher and really inspiring!
Yay! * runs around the grounds, waving arms to mimic the sun's declination *

Elizabeth is the reason I started enjoying math. She’s the absolute best math teacher I’ve had in my entire life; she helped me build my confidence and taught me everything from the root, making the learning process easier and way more enjoyable. I liked math to a certain level, it always represented a challenge for me, especially when exam season arrived, but then I started having tutorials with Elizabeth and is probably the wisest choice I’ve made in educational terms; she helped me see how pleasant math can be if you have the needed tools and a teacher with a lot of patience and all the attitude. She’s a beautiful and pure soul, and it transmits all the way through the screen; she’s clever and has such a reassuring smile, she will find a way to make sure you understand; and her tutoring not only helped me learn and do great in my exams but made me realise my potential; I can’t empathise with this enough, she built my confidence in math, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Her teaching techniques are excellent, and she will follow the path you feel the most comfortable with; encouraging you to ask every single question you have, the session time just flies. I truly wish every person has the pleasure to work with Elizabeth, life-changing (to the point where I might get a tattoo with some of her phrases).
"A lot of patience and all the attitude" ha ha ha! :-D Thanks so much, Mafer, these are stupendous words to read. I am most effective when my students are engaged and willing to put in the hard work. All pom poms shaken at you! And send me pix of that tattoo. ✌

We asked Elizabeth to help with A level Maths for my step daughter, who was suffering with a lack of lessons through Covid and a lack of confidence in herself. She is a very patient tutor who has really helped and I have no hesitation in recommending her. She has helped J come out of her shell and have some confidence in her ability. Thankyou!!
:-D It's been great fun to talk maths with J. She has heaps of ability and showed excellent sass toward the horror that this school year has been. All pom poms shaken at you, J: retain that sass and self confidence!

I'm not your typical GCSE/A-level student, I am a mature student who has been away from the education scene since graduating 6 years ago. I've decided to take up a masters in economics part time alongside my full time job role in the banking sector.
I approached Elizabeth after careful research as I needed help to bring my maths skills back up to speed. Unfortunately I never studied maths at A-levels, although I am good with numbers, I am not at the required level to ace the masters which expects 1st year undergrad maths knowledge.
Elizabeth has been phenomenal in my progress and has taught me from scratch the fundamentals of multi-variate calculus, functions and hypothesis testing. Even the basic GCSE topics such as fractions, indices and logarythms need sprucing up on but Elizabeth still getting me through it! I'm so impressed with her help and guidance that I'm still continuing to have lessons with her (this is the 4th month now) although was supposed to last 2 months initially!
Despite Elizabeth not professing to teach any sort of economics or have knowledge in the subject, I am 100% glad that I did choose her as her knowledge in maths is outstanding which I needed. Give her any topic regarding maths and she'll write down formulas like you're writing your own name, it's that easy for her. Her passion for the subject definitely shines through.
I am so much more confident in my ability and most importantly I don't simply know the shortcuts and rules to obtain an answer, but I understand WHY certain things happen the way they do. And that is the most important learning objective you can takeaway.
Don't fret on it, stop your search and just choose Elizabeth. You won't regret it!
… ! I'm speechless. Thank you so much! Truth told, I'm only half here for the maths. The rest is for the interaction--building rapport, bolstering confidence, making my students laugh. I really groove on that. :-D I'm so lucky to have such awesome students.

Elizabeth is fantastic with my daughter. She feeds her maths in a way school doesn't provide and is expanding her knowledge that eliminates the boredom she experiences within KS3. Elizabeth is sensitive and understanding to my daughter's ASD traits. Finally my daughter is being stretched and challenged and she loves it!
(-: My students are all the awesome!
