Ellie has been so helpful in working with my daughter in the lead up to her GCSEs - sharing her knowledge of the papers and exam expectations has been invaluable.

Eleanor is a fantastic tutor. She makes learning fun, engaging and challenging. She has helped our 10 year old in reaching her milestones and has fun along the way.

I cannot recommend Eleanor highly enough!
Eleanor has worked with our daughter to support her in her 11+ entry and as a result we now have 3 offers from exceptional, academically rigorous independent schools to choose between.
Eleanor is patient, organised, holds attention and makes extra work bearable… !

Eleanor has really helped Ava in the build up to her GCSE's. Unfortunately for various reasons it was necessary for me to home school Ava for the last 4 months before her GCSEs and Eleanor has really helped Ava prepare for both of her English exams - especially on the literature side which Ava had fallen behind on. Very flexible and good at making a connection with the pupil. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We are extremely happy with Eleanor and couldn't more highly recommend her. Eleanor has been amazing at 'filling in the gaps' for our daughter who is studying for GCSC's and missed so much of the syllabus. Eleanor created a really positive & encouraging environment for her to learn in and her confidence is growing as a result. Our daughter looks forward to her tuition with Eleanor and dutifully does any homework that Eleanor requests of her (and that in itself is amazing!). Thank you Eleanor for all your support.

Eleanor has been a breath of sunshine in my sons learning of gcse history. She has completely restored his love of history and he is excited to attend his lessons with her weekly. She is well organised and makes learning fun and uses lots of different strategies to keep his interest. I would highly recommend

My Son is tutor by Eleanor , he always comes away from her lessons eager to carry on , she have a good way of engaging with her pupil while learning.

Eleanor has been excellent so much so that our daughter is excited about seeing her! Our daughter was at ease after her very first class. Eleanor gives lots of encouragement and also gives worksheets and exercises to do between classes. I would strongly recommend Eleanor if you are looking for a tutor! She is very reliable and provides feedback after the class.

Our daughter hasn’t been seeing Eleanor all that long but after her third session she was saying she no longer ‘dreaded’ maths at school and that she actually enjoyed her lessons with Eleanor, something we never thought we’d hear her say! Eleanor makes the lessons fun, is so positive and enthusiastic that it just rubs off onto our daughter. We chose Eleanor particularly because our daughter is shy and doesn’t have a lot of self confidence and I am just so glad we did because for us she is just the right person for daughter to respond to. Our daughter has already achieved improved scores in her weekly maths assessments at school since going to Eleanor and on that basis we feel hopeful for what she can achieve further down the track after more sessions. My daughter Lizzie is really happy going to Eleanor for English tuition. She is very friendly and seems to make it interesting and not a chore.

Eleanor is a lovely teacher helping my son with KS2 maths. She uses different methods to keep him interested and he is enjoying spending time with her doing Maths. It is lovely to see the progress being made. I highly recommend Eleanor as a maths tutor.

Very good so far

My daughter, who is working up to her GCSEs, was inspired by Eleanor's first session and has shown more enthusiasm for English after just one session than in the last year. Eleanor is thorough, looking through my daughter's books to see where her strengths and weaknesses are, and well prepared. She also has a lovely manner and I couldn't be happier with Eleanor.

A great tutor who helped increase my GCSE grades in English and History to an A. She is dedicated and has a variety resources which she uses. Eleanor was very caring and put in a lot of extra time and helped me with my sixth form application forms.

Eleanor has done a sterling job with my daughter in Math. Since she has been tutoring her my daughter's confidence has grown so much. She enjoys doing her Math. Eleanor is professional and struck up good rapport with my 10 yr old daughter. She makes maths fun and my daughter is now looking forward to her Maths classes. She is enthusiastic and the children pick this up, which makes learning easier.
