Hi I’m Eleanor and I’m passionate about making early education a happy, accessible and inclusive experience for everyone.

I specialise in the Early Years (the foundation years) and KS1. Does your little one need a boost? Some extra challenge? Or perhaps you’re preparing for a Reception entrance exam, change in schools or the Phonics Screening test? Whatever it is, I can help. I love to teach and developing a relationship with a child is a privilege I treasure.

Tutoring Experience

I taught Reception for 9 years and also have experience in Nursery, Year 1 & Year 2. My passion for teaching has never waned.

I started off tutoring several years ago with a nursery age child who then successfully gained a place at a very well regarded Dulwich private school.

I currently have tutees Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2. I have guided them through prep-prep assessments, prepared them for the phonics screening, helped children with specific needs and boosted children who are ready for great challenge.

I have taught in multiple schools, leading different subjects and taking on the role of Early Years Lead. I now love having my own tutoring business. I have a passion for helping children enjoy and access education in their earliest years and supporting families to help their children thrive.

Tutoring Approach

I make learning fun, inclusive and effective and am graded as an “Outstanding” teacher. I believe in nurturing children and building their confidence whilst encouraging them to rise to challenges. I have experience with all levels of ability and with SEN. I will work to help your little one achieve their full potential!
