I have recently returned to Jersey after graduating with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. Having just completed my own academic journey, I understand the challenges students face when tackling mathematical and physics concepts. My goal is to make these subjects more accessible and engaging to students by breaking them down in a way that resonates with each student’s unique learning style.
Having only recently finished education myself, my perspective as a recent student allows me to relate to the difficulties learners may face during their academic journey.
I believe that math and physics are best understood when students see their real-world applications. As an engineer, I use these subjects to solve practical problems, and I strive to bring this perspective into my tutoring. By demonstrating why different mathematical methods or physics concepts are used, I aim to make learning more interesting, relevant and purposeful. My approach is to build understanding through logic and application, helping students to both gain confidence and problem-solving skills.
