I have EXTENSIVE experience in tutoring students in Maths in preparation for entrance examinations and public examinations. I cover all key stages:KS3, GCSE, iGCSE, A level variety of exam boards: Edexcel, OCR, AQA. I specialise in preparing students for exams with a very high success rate. I have helped students obtain first class grades and thoroughly improved their confidence in their subject. In schools, we are often taught in large groups. This means that there is a lack of personal focus on an individual's education. My job is to provide exclusive tuition on a one to one basis to students, help them improve dramatically and boost their confidence in Maths.

I am entirely results driven and can believe that any student that I commit to will be in the most capable hands of achieving their desired academic goals and will receive the most exclusive help available as I am a professional tutor and have been recommended endlessly by parents. I teach my students HOW to think independently and offer them good tools that they will be able to carry with them for the rest of their lives to make them successful in education. I'm constantly creative with coming up with new ways to bring out the best in all my students. With 16 years tutoring experience, I have encountered every single possible academic scenario imaginable and successfully met, if not exceeded clients' expectations. Whatever your goal is, as the student, I can help you reach it as long as you undergo what I instruct in conjunction with independent learning that I provide guidance for. With every student I commit to, I work extremely hard to ensure that we are consistently making lasting progress. My teaching style is quite fast paced in the sense that we make the most of the time spent together, but it is never too fast for the individual. I explain to the point, concisely and maintain the student's attention well by keeping lessons interactive.

As a person I am incredibly friendly, committed, hard working, driven and motivational. I am a great believer in investing in self development. I like to inspire all my students to be the best they can be and believe that success is absolutely attainable through hard work and consistency. I am passionate about what I do which is why I am able to do this 5 days a week to meet clients' demands.

I produce a bespoke lesson plan for each lesson according the student's needs. I will teach and guide your child to the highest standard, and he / she will benefit from all the knowledge that they have been taught according to their learning requirements. I will provide them with homework where necessary and regular feedback and scores to assess progress. I cater for each individual SPECIFICALLY and in a highly structured manner in order to meet their requirements. I provide all printed material and resources for each and every lesson.

I always provide regular feedback to parents and inform them about their child's progress as I recognise the importance of keeping parents up to date and reassured that their efforts are going towards a worthwhile investment towards their child's future. I have taught a huge range of students including those with learning difficulties, extremely below average and to those where English is not their first language. I describe myself as being adaptable, approachable and empathetic towards each individual. I value the relationship I have with every family I have the privilege of helping, and want them to see me as someone who can guide their child in the right direction for academic help and support rather than simply be "a tutor". A vast majority of my clients have been recommended to me through word of mouth, and I have gone to tutor their children long term. It has encouraged me to build a good relationship with families as well as provide an excellent service, and I feel that this is what differentiates me from other tutors. It is very reassuring and flattering that I have been recommended so highly through this means.

Tutoring Approach

My tutoring style involves much more than just recapping class notes and going over homework. I create additional problems, teach multiple techniques to solving a single problem, and work with the student to develop effective study habits. Every student is unique. Thus, I believe tutoring must cater to each individual student in order to reach him or her most effectively. Lessons are fairly relaxed and informal while always focusing on a complete understanding of the topic rather than robotic memorising techniques.
