Deborah has been brilliant with my daughter in preparation for her GCSE biology exam. She’s got an enthusiastic knowledge style but is able to tailor that and sparked something in my daughter which I truly appreciated. She was also brilliant at giving me excellent feedback on how to support outside the sessions. Thank you Deborah.

We've not long started having Biology GCSE tutor sessions with Deborah and she's instantly made a connection with our son and they're working really well together. She makes her sessions very clear and interesting and has a good knowledge of the subject. My son is looking forward to continuing working with her.

It's a pleasure working with Sam and looking forward to working with him to expand his biology knowledge!

After establishing the contact we discussed options. I clearly stated in the emails that we can do MON and WED. After checking her agenda Deborah proposed WED 16:30-17:30. We accepted. Then she said she could do 18:00 hrs. We accepted. Then she texted me she can only do TUE and we declined (as we initially said only Mon and Wed are viable for us).
Since then, despite few emails and text messages I haven’t heard anything back from Deborah. Of course we paid the fee and we would have wanted to continue as discussed.

Don’t understabd the situation and fairly disappointed. Have asked for the administrtors for the fee refund as we made other arrangements.

It would have been absolutely fine to say you have other plans or whatever.

I am sorry, got back today from the hospital after an emergency and 5 days with no connection. You could have called on my mobile and one of my relatives would have easily explained.

I am sorry, but could not foresee this.
