I was a community Optometrist with lecturing experience before taking a change of direction in tutoring students to reach their potential in Maths GCSE. I enjoy individual tutoring and it is a great pleasure to help the full range of students.
You will find me an excellent communicator and I like to work collaboratively with student, parent and school to agreed goals. The great fun is when the teamwork gives results beyond targets!
Maths is such an important subject for progression. So, whether it's to get up to grade '4' or '9, foundation or higher,, I will do my very best for a student, as you see from the current reviews. Having been trained at University of Brighton I have access to many resources and am up to date with all the new examination board requirements. I have been teaching in the Hastings area and it is a pleasure to return to on-line tutoring.
