I am currently going into my fourth year of teaching full time in a mainstream Primary school, where I have gained experience in a range of year groups. I offer tutoring to all Primary ages, in maths and English.

Tutoring Experience

From a young age, I worked in a nursery with babies from 3 months old to preschool age, gaining a good insight into children's early development. I then went onto gaining a first class honours degree in Primary Education Studies. I continued my studies through a School-centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT), where I gained my QTS and PGCE in KS1. Since gaining my QTS, I have taught in both LKS2 and UKS2 and thoroughly enjoy every day teaching children.

Tutoring Approach

I believe in a patient approach, where children will become confident learners and enjoy tutoring. Flexibility will be key to ensure that I meet the needs of each child. Every lesson will be tailored to an indvididuals learning style, ability and needs.
