I had chosen Daiane six months before final Alevel Chemistry exams. Recent mocks showed my daughter did not improve in her grades infact she fell by a grade. So I had to make a difficult decision and cancel tuition just a month before finals! Daiane is a reliable tutor but her tution rates are high, and I would have expected to see some results fast. Sadly this was not the case, because my daughters grades have fallen with four months of tuition with Daiane. I can say the tutiion method and online lessons for chemistry did not benefit us. I would not recommend online lessons for this subject.

Keya is selectively mute, so I agree that face-to-face would be better for her. I did all I could during the lesson and covered all her requested topics. Also, year 13 topics are much more complex than year 12 topics. I assessed Keya throughout; her knowledge gap was immense when we started lessons. She has made progress slowly and steadily. Her last assessment, one grade down, is okay since she was assessed for year 13 content, which is more challenging than year 12. I understand your frustration, but be patient with Keya. She tries hard but needs more time to digest the content and apply knowledge. I will not teach online students who are selectively mute anymore because I want all my students to get the best out of it. I wish you and Keya all the very best.

Daiane is very professional and experienced with her teaching. My son is in Y11 and had many tutors in the past, he always achieves 8 or 9 on his science exam. He commends Daiane is one of the best, very knowledgeable tutor with great responsibility and kindness. Definitely recommended.

Daiane tutored me from February up until my A Level Assessments in May. Daiane was very helpful in building my confidence at the end of my course especially with Covid and academic changes. We went through a couple of chapters per session she gave me good exam advice. I was much more confident going into my final exams. She was very supportive and understanding.

Daiane has been excellent. Son was achieving grade D's in his A level chemistry but needed a grade c for university application. We came to Daiane late in the course, in march of the second year, but his progress has been a revelation. He achieved a grade B in first assessment after just 2 weeks working with Daiane. And looking at a decent final assessment results as well.
He has found daianes approach really clear, and well structured. She has a good understanding of the requirements of a level study, and her supporting notes and homework are of a good standard.

My twins have just started with Daiane and have had 3 sessions. Daiane got back to me very quickly through the website, was very thorough and spent time finding out what my and my sons expectations were. She is enthusiastic, kind but firm and my boys are responding to her teaching methods very well.
