I am a passionate and inspirational maths teacher with years of experience in international schools, a PGCE in Mathematics and MA in Maths Education from UCL.

Tutoring Experience

Until recently, I taught IGCSE and IB maths at the British School, Rio de Janeiro. I have now transitioned to full-time online tutoring and I work together with well-established London-based tutoring agencies that consistently help students get in top schools and universities. In the academic year 2020-2021, I was responsible for assessing evidence and submitting grades to Edexcel and Cambridge CAIE for private candidates taking their exams in the UK. In the past, I have worked as Head of Maths at an independent boarding school in Kent, where I prepared students for their GCSE and A level exams as well as the UK maths challenge.

Tutoring Approach

Teaching maths is my passion! I am able to offer tuition for KS3, GCSE, A level, IB and university level maths and I have many years of experience with students sitting their exam for the first time as well as those retaking it. I provide my students with quality resources, past paper questions, worksheets and textbooks to support them in mastering the topic of their choice! My students can stop me to ask anything they want, there are no silly questions! At the end of each lesson I want my students to look back and say “I can do this now!”
I have an excellent subject knowledge of mathematics and I have more than 5000 hours of experience working as a maths tutor. I help students make rapid progress in maths in order to achieve their desired grades in a short amount of time. Removed
